Undergraduate Academic Affairs Committee

The Undergraduate Academic Affairs Committee (UAAC) is the principal advisory body to the provost, the vice president for Medical Affairs, and the director of SLU-Madrid regarding undergraduate education.

It operates in the context of the University’s commitment to the Jesuit ideal of educating “the whole person;” its functions and membership are established accordingly.

Curriculum Inventory Management

The Office of the Provost, in partnership with the Office of the University Registrar, has implemented two online Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) systems — CIM-Courses and CIM-Programs — to manage Saint Louis University's curriculum. These systems are designed to streamline the curriculum proposal process, including new course or program proposals, making changes to existing courses or programs, and ending courses or programs. All new course proposals and/or course changes should be submitted through CIM-Courses. All new programs, program closures or program changes should be submitted through CIM-Programs for college/school and university-level curriculum review.
