Verifications (Degree and Enrollment)

Currently enrolled students and alumni can easily verify their attendance at Saint Louis University.

Enrollment Verification

Saint Louis University has authorized National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) as the official provider of certification reports for student enrollment verifications.

Students may access this service from the National Student Clearinghouse through mySLU. This service is free of charge to current students and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service will serve as proof of enrollment for agencies such as Health insurance, future employment, and military IDs. Students may request enrollment verifications for the current or historical terms.

The National Student Clearinghouse is notified of all students' enrollment statuses on the first day of the semester, as well as on a rolling basis throughout each semester. Advanced Registration Certificates are available within two weeks of your enrollment in classes for future terms (except summer semesters). You will need to choose the Advanced Registration Certificate radio button when given that option.

Degree Verification for Third-Party Requestors

The National Student Clearinghouse is Saint Louis University authorized agent for providing all degree and enrollment verifications. All employers and background screening firms requesting this information must visit degreeverify.org.
