Tina Chen, M.D., associate dean of simulation and clinical skills at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, was named a St. Louis Business Journal 40 Under 40 for 2024.
Kene A. Chukwuanu, M.D., elected chair-elect of the NWA Emergency Medicine Section
Kene A. Chukwuanu, M.D., associate program director for emergency medicine residency in the was recently elected chair-elect of the NMA (National Medical Association) emergency medicine section at the recent 2024 NMA Annual Convention and Scientific Assembly last month in New York City. Chukwuanu presented the annual Dr. William Speight Jr. Memorial Lecture (and award) entitled “Cardiogenic shock ‘24: Perspectives from the PIT to the parlor.” He also presented a lecture during the Dr. Joanne Wiliams Rounds was entitled “Shelter from the storm: E.D. management of refractory ventricular tachyarrhythmias.”
