Objectives

1. Enable a climate of safety and trust for learners, faculty, and staff.
2. Enhance retention of faculty and staff.
3. Increase the diversity of the community of SLU SOM faculty and learners.
4. Improve affordability of medical education to students from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
5. Ensure the academic and social success of students and residents from a wide range of backgrounds.
6. Expand the postbaccalaureate M.A.P.P. program to increase a wide range of future medical school matriculants.
