About the College
The Doisy College of Health Sciences at Saint Louis University has provided students with the tools and education to become well-prepared health care professionals since 1929. Doisy College of Health Sciences offers health care education at the baccalaureate, master's, doctoral and professional levels in a variety of areas.
SLU's Doisy College offers many opportunities for hands-on experience through clinical
education whether you are studying to become an athletic trainer, physical therapist,
nutritionist, occupational therapist, medical laboratory scientist, health information
specialist, physician assistant or medical imaging technician. Modern features of
the school include a gait lab, culinary lab, diagnostic lab, simulated medical office
suite and exam rooms, radiation-therapy simulation lab and media labs for students
to gain practical experience and develop research.
Doisy College of Health Sciences is located in the heart of St. Louis at SLU's Medical
Center, home to Saint Louis University's School of Medicine, College for Public Health
and Social Justice, Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing and SSM Health Saint Louis
University Hospital.
