Reporting Concerns of Misconduct

SLU Integrity Hotline

Concerns of misconduct can be reported in a variety of ways:

  • Report a concern online
  • Call 1-877-525-5669
  • Download the anonymous web reporting app, available in Apple’s App Store and Google Play store (organization keyword: “SLU”)

As guided by the Reporting Concerns of Misconduct Policy, all members of the Saint Louis University community are responsible for ensuring that university operations are conducted with honesty and integrity. If you have a reason to believe that a member of the community may have violated a law, rule, regulation or policy, you have a responsibility to submit a good faith report of those concerns.

Saint Louis University’s Non-Retaliation Policy prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports an allegation of misconduct or participates in an investigation. A causal relationship between the good faith participation and an adverse action is needed to demonstrate that retaliation has occurred.

Acts of misconduct are detrimental to Saint Louis University and harmful to our patients, students, faculty and staff. If you have a concern or complaint, please make a confidential report immediately.
