Fees and Payments
The Saint Louis University Psychological Services Center charges clients on a sliding fee scale based on gross household annual income and the services they seek.
The Psychological Services Center at Saint Louis University has received funding from the Community Children's Services Fund and the Community Mental Health Fund through the St. Louis Mental Health Board to provide free psychological assessments for St. Louis City residents. This funding will be available from July 2024 through June 2025. When you call the clinic, please tell our staff if you are a St. Louis City resident.
Fees for therapy range from $5 to $80. Fees for psychological evaluations range from $100 to $1,200, unless you qualify for a free psychological evaluation as a St. Louis City resident. You will receive a fee estimate during the intake before you begin any services. Fees can be paid via cash, check, credit/debit card, or online at the SLU Marketplace website.
The Psychological Services Center is not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare. We do not bill for insurance but are happy to provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier.
