Bander Center Guiding Principles
The Bander Center for Medical Business Ethics was established in 2007 with a goal to promote ethical business practices in medicine and healthcare. Through research, education, and community engagement, we hope to better understand, and better communicate, the ethical relationships between health care professionals, patients, business and society.
Ethics is a remarkable human endeavor. We believe that a better future can be created by engaging one another's unique professional and personal stories. We encourage open dialogue on the issues of medical business ethics by bringing people together in inspiring spaces for thoughtful reflection. Our challenge, therefore, is to hear from voices from across the community to take part and to encourage each other on this important journey.
