Boeing Institute for International Business Events
As a national thought leader, the Chaifetz School's Boeing Institute of International Business at Saint Louis University brings together business leaders, government officials, academics and students throughout the year to discuss the most important issues in international business today. These annual events include the International Business Awards Ceremony, the Bayer International Business Conference and the Boeing Distinguished Guest Lecture in International Business. The Boeing Institute at SLU also regularly supports other special events that bring attention to current trends and topics in global business.

Each year, the Boeing Institute recognizes outstanding student scholars studying international business and global business leaders advancing the field of international business.

In December of each year, the Boeing Institute presents an international business conference that features critical, timely topics and well-known speakers. The event attracts more than 300 attendees each year from global companies, government, civic organizations, academia and the public at large.

Boeing Distinguished Guest Lecture
The Boeing Distinguished Guest Lecture occurs each spring semester and brings a prominent speaker to the Chaifetz School to share insights on current international business with the SLU and greater St. Louis communities. The 2019 Distinguished Guest Lecture featured László Szabó, Ph.D., Hungarian ambassador to the United States.
