Research Interests

Harvey's research primarily centers around collective identity and its relations to a variety of social group related (e.g., prejudice, stigma, colorism) and organization-related (e.g., engagement, performance) phenomena. He is currently a fellow of the Center for the Application of Behavioral Sciences through which he provides consultation in the areas of strategic planning, diversity development, organizational development, and program evaluation.
