Communication, Minor
A minor in communication from Saint Louis University allows students to complement another major with the essential knowledge and skills that the study of communication provides.
In this way, SLU students increase their versatility, adding several critical abilities: analyzing, understanding and solving problems; communicating and connecting in a diverse world; and utilizing technology in effective and ethical ways. Working with their faculty mentor, students can develop a tailored program of study for their minor that fits their individual goals and interests.

Continuation Standards
After completing 12 credits in the minor, a student must maintain a 2.00 GPA in the minor. Failure to meet this standard will result in the student being placed on probation. If the student's GPA in the minor does not reach 2.00 after two additional semesters, the department may dismiss the student from the program.
Students can complete all or part of the communication minor at SLU's campus in Madrid.
